@ak_6424 you used to be able to purchase Photoshop Elements for a one time payment, but Adobe have changed that

Try doing a Google search for Photoshop alternatives, both paid and free

That option has not been available for Photoshop since CS6, but you can buy Photoshop Elements outright.

Hi Trevor, you can no longer buy Photoshop Elements outright, Adobe have changed that, it's a 3-year licence now
