Lightning Effect doesn't work properly (Deactivate Native Canvas is OFF) Photoshop 23.4.1

Photoshop 23.4.1

Plugin Lighning Effect shows no controller (Size, Scale, Position...)

Deactivate Native Canvas is OFF -> This solution worked on previous version but doesn't work anymore!

All the solutions i found on this subject found in this forum are not helpful.

Lighting effects uses the 3D engine which is deprecated and is being removed from Photoshop. If you need 3D functionality (which includes Lighting effects) then re-install v22.2 which can be installed alongside the current version.

But at the end why to keep the plugin in the 23.4 version if it is no way to get it work?!
