Lightroom photo copying issues

hi,

this just started happening to me in Lightroom . I copy the settings on one image to apply to another image but they don't turn out the same. One seems more muted. The bottom image is the image that I wanted copied to the top image but top image turned our way more muted. I made sure all boxes are checked.
