kann ich LightroomUPDATE 10/2022 auf Mac mit Catalina verwenden oder ist das künftig möglich?

According to the minimum system requirements, the current release of Lightroom requires Big Sur or later on Mac OS.

Once an OS is considered depricated in requirements, it's unlikely additional support would come back to it.
