Hello, I'm having a hard time using liquify. When I zoom in above 25% It gets stuck and I get a hundred pop up windows saying 'the operation could not be completed'. I cannot use liquify anymore because I can't edit details on my portraits because I cannot zoom in enough. Help!

Your graphics card is too old/slow to run complex GPU features in recent Photoshop versions.

https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/directCompute.html

The minimum specs are 2000 Ops/Sec and 2 GB dedicated VRAM.

You will have to update your Graphics Card with something newer/faster.
