I use Liquify Tool has show a transparent block (see the image1). and my image can have big white or black block (see the image2) .
my File Handling is open GPU. I try to turn off gpu. yes! turn off gpu my Liquify can work.but It doesn’t make sense.
my ps 22.5.6 and 23.2.2
mac os 12.0.1
cpu i7
ram 16gb
displaycard Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536 MB

Your graphics card does not meet the minimum recommended specs for recent Photoshop builds.
Your Intel Iris Plus 655 only have 1.5 GB and 758 ops/sec with a recommendation of 2 GB with 2,000 ops sec.
Try going to Preferneces/Technology Preview and making sure "disable native canvas" is unchecked.

now I try to lower my ps version to 21.0 or 20.0

You may have to contact Adobe support directly for a lower version direct link.
The CC desktop app only goes back to the previous build.

You can also go into the advanced settings for your Graphics Card and try turning off Use Open CL.
Restart Photoshop each time you make a change in Performance preferences.
