Locating where content from the Photoshop Plugins Panel is located

Due to a boot defect with an impending change of c:disk, I need help locating where the content of the plugins panel for Photoshop CC 2022 version 23.5.1 is located on the disk. I want to take a backup and reinstall these on the new disk.
I use a desktop PC with Windows 11 - 64 bit.

Sorry, but I can't find plugins at these locations. Do plug-ins get a
different localization under Windows 11?
