[ Locked duplicate post ] having trouble to open photoshop

Whenever I try to open Photoshop or Illustartor I get a notification like this, "Sorry, your sign-in attempt doesn't match the Egress IPs of the profile that this machine is assigned to. Please contact your IT administrator". By the way I use M1 Macbook.

What should I do to fix this problem?
