I have been looking for a plugin developer for a long time but with no luck.

• The plugin details are very clear and documented
• The developer won't start from scratch the plugin is half developed.

The plugin is basically this action [link removed] but turned into a plugin with extra features

So if you do develop or can refer me to someone who can develops plugin that will be much appreciated.
