Lost all presets and other settings

Well great.

Did an update and I have lots all my saved actions, presets etc, even my scratch disk had changed drive too.

Is there a way to get them back or is are they lost because of some error made during the update.

Not happy at all with this.

Hey, @philk8504450. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. 

Did you work in Photoshop and close it normally before the updates? 

You can go to the location of the preference folder mentioned below and restore preferences manually if the previous folder exists. https://adobe.ly/3CZiwFj

You can go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup.

• Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
• You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe
