Heys, I recently graduated, meaning i also lost my licenses to the software. But its saying I have zero storage on my cloud for that account, and I cant access any of my work, can't even download it. Its just not there. Over three years of work just up and vanished.
So I didnt know if there was anything I could do to get it back? I seriously need this work, as it's needed for some upcoming job interviews. I just had no idea that i'd completely lose my stuff?

You need to contact your School Adobe Admin to gain access to the previous edu account to transfer files. However, if its been over 90 days, the files may have been automatically purged.

i contacted the admin, but they said that they wouldnt be allowed to.
'Unfortunately, while your account remains enabled, we can not give access after the 60-day grace period from your finish date'
This was what they sent to me in regards to getting my files back, so I'm really not sure what I could do

Unforunately there isnt anything anyone can do besides the account Admin at your school. Is there someone you can escalate with at the school on your behalf?

Sadly the most i can think of is to contact tutors, but they don't have overall access to the systems

@Cut323928107qsg is the cloud the only storage you used over the past three years? No disk backups or local file storage on your computer that you could recover?

I only used the cloud, sadly. I figured I'd atleast be able to access my documents still, so I didn't save them elsewhere
