Hi, I use Mac, I have lost the setting, brushes, colour swatches , " recent works", plug in when starting...

It seems I have installed a new software in a new computer without logging into my adobe account...

Please tell me whats happened?

I can still use photoshop 2022 to do my daily work but not the latest photoshop 2023 without all of my setting.

Thank you

In Preferences > General you have Preset Syncing to sync brushes, patterns, swatches... Do you have this option enabled in both versions of installed software? From what I can understand you have two versions installed on the same machine?

There is also Edit > Preset > Migrate Presets option to migrate presets from older version.

Did you previously save your brushes prior to migrating to 2023?

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

If you didn't those brushes, swatches, etc. are all temporary files with no resources to transfer.

You need to have saved .abr and swatch files to migrate.

I was about to recommend drag or copy-paste method but Adobe is against that method. Here is what they recommend https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/plug-ins-photoshop-troubleshooting.html
