It takes about 15 seconds to load photoshop from m1max MacBook Pro to 16 inches. Can you solve this part? The other person's execution speed was 1-2 seconds

Do you run Photoshop under Rosetta 2/Intel option?

Presets are the main instigator on load time. Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale setting somewhere:

Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.
