I am using the latest version of Photoshop CC (on Macbook Air M2) and keep having storage issues when working on multiple files on multiple Adobe apps. However, the odd thing is this is mainly when the files I am working on are saved to our server, rather than locally to the machine. If saved to desktop this is not such an issue. is there anything that can be changed within Adobe settings to help with this problem?
Thanks!
Saving directly over a network connection to a server is not supported and officially warned against.
I know many people do it, but it's a bad habit and basically asking for trouble. The probability of corruption and loss of files is very high. Just don't do it.
Save locally, then copy over.

It sounds like you're experiencing storage issues while working with Adobe apps, especially when files are saved to a server rather than locally on your Macbook Air M2. To potentially improve this situation, you can try the following:
Scratch Disk Configuration: In Photoshop, go to "Preferences" > "Performance." Under "Scratch Disks," you can set the primary scratch disk to a location with more available storage space.
Cache Settings: Adjust cache settings in Adobe apps. Go to "Preferences" > "Media & Disk Cache" and allocate more cache space for your projects.
Purge Cache: Periodically purge cache data to free up space. You can do this in the same "Media & Disk Cache" settings.
Local Storage: If possible, work on files locally on your MacBook Air and then transfer them to the server when you're done. This can reduce the strain on your network and server storage.
Network Optimization: Ensure your network connection to the server is stable and fast. Slow or unreliable connections can lead to performance issues.
Server Storage Allocation: Check with your IT department or server administrator to see if server storage allocation can be increased or optimized for Adobe app usage.
Update Adobe Apps: Ensure you're using the latest version of Adobe apps, as updates often include performance improvements.
Clear Temporary Files: Regularly clear temporary files and unnecessary data from your system to free up storage space.

Well, that's a very generic answer. ChatGPT, obviously. Should we report these?
