Hello, this post is about the brush manager extension called 'MagicSquire'. I purchased the 7.4 version and it is made by a company/person called Anastasiy. I have been in contact with the developer about this major bug but his responses have been slow, I'm only ever getting an email from him every 2-4 days when his website claims responses to emails every 1-2 hours. The extension for me will not load abrs/tpls, it doesn't matter the size of the file or how many brushes are within the file, I get the same error everytime: "Cannot read file, error #71-3. The file may be damaged." I'm currently using CC2024, but this error occurs across all versions of photoshop that I have. The extension is also supposed to have the option to load in brushes that are currently already in photoshop's default brush manager, but its non-responsive. I have another brush manager extension called Brushbox that I wanted to switch from since that one currently does not have the ability to load in the sub folders of abr/tpl files, but it loads brushes fine, no matter the size of the abr. I have tried reinstalling photoshop multiple times, as well as loading in abr files one at a time, uninstalling and reinstalling the extension several times...it all leads to the same error occuring. Theres also the weird problem that occurs only when I have the extension installed, when I open up photoshop a 'save-as' prompt opens up with this file path: AppData>Roaming>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop 2024>Presets>Brushes. I have no idea why this happens. This file path will then open again once I've closed it and open Magicsquire, with the extension saying "performing one-time setup". Again this happens every time I open up photoshop for the "first time". Is there anyone here who has the latest version of Magic Squire and is experiencing this awful bug, or anyone who may be able to help me solve this issue? This extension was a decent chunk of change and I would hate to have to abandon it because of such a servere bug, but this has been going for the past week, and no real solutions have been offered to me since my purchase. Thanks again for any and all feedback!

Well at least I know not to jump over to this tool just yet. Been looking for alternatives to BrushBox 2.0 as it hasn't been updated anytime recently, and now it removes the majority of any new brush presets I make. Hopefully you get answer from the developer soon.
