Making a graphic novel. Do I add text in Ps or Id?

I'm in the process of making a graphic novel. I have the illistration part down but have yet to mess with text. My thought is to place a Ps image into Id then do the text in Id. It seems like this would be easier if I have to edit the text down the road. Is there any reason not to do it this way? Can Ps do things with text that Id cant? Thanks.

Definitely do it in InDesign if possible. Photoshop is not a good tool for text.
