MASKING

I have gone into camera raw from Photoshop. I have then clicked on the masking tab.  Please see attached as this help screen appears. My PC then freezes, I cannot clear the help screen, I can do nothing, I have to close the PC down and re-start..This occurs on both P/S and Beta. I have tried and re-tried many times and this occurs everytime. My Lightroom is OK..I have re-set preferences..Opened P/S whilst holding CTL/ALT/SHIFT.

No difference..PC is only a couple of months old. Apps are bang upto date..Using windows 11.

Any ideas anyone?  Thanks
