I am having trouble with layer masks... i am trying to use two mask on the same picutre .... have watch numerous video read you previous trouble shooting and i am not getting the desired effect... I am useing creative cloud 2022...

Can you describe what you are trying to achieve? Looking at your screen shot, I can't tell what your desired end result is.

The way you have it now, the black fill in the top group is covering the whole bottom group.

so the bowl orignally comes with i blue light with a shadow against a home kitchen top... i am trying to replace the color of the bowl to maybe white against aa black background... i have them indiviaully but when i try to combine the two masks as one i am doing something wrong.

As already mentioned, Color Fill 2 is not masked, it is layer filled with black color which is covering bottom group content. Either remove that layer or apply mask to group Table not to layer.
