Mayús+Opc+Cmd+E Doesn't work! ( on MAC)

hello, im trying to group layers in a new layer without losing the original layers, i could do that in WIndows but in MAC i can't ! help please!

Select the wanted layers in the layers panel and then go to panel menu > merge layers with ⌥ pressed. You will get a new merged layer and keep the orginals
