Why do metadata templates no longer function in Bridge? When I try to append from or replace from a template I stored years ago, the program does not show any templates. They are stored in a folder under applications data/local/Adobe/XMP/Metadata templates. Should they be elsewhere? Technical support says that this problem has existed for a long time. I find it incredible that Adobe has not resolved this, apparently since at least 2018. It is impossible for me to do much of my professional work without this functionality. Where are the technical support people?

After getting no responses to this on this community forum and no help from Adobe technical support, I have finally discovered the answer accidentally.
My simple question was: Where are metadata templates stored for Bridge 2023?
In previous versions of Bridge, the templates were stored in the following:
C:/users/username/AppData/Local/Adobe/XMP/metadata templates
For Bridge 2023, the following path is used:
C:/users/username/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/XMP/metadata templates
I hope this information may be useful for someone else. I am astounded that no one here provided this information and that Adobe Technical Support could not provide it.
