middle mouse pan/hand tool

Noticed Illustrator FINALLY implimented middle mouse pan/ hand tool, but I haven't fount it in photoshop yet. I'm wondering if there's a setting somewhere to turn on middle mouse panning in photoshop, or if I gotta keep using AHK to implement the workaround myself. Thanks.

There isn't any preference setting for middle mouse to set as far as I know.
