Migrate my paid plugins from another Adobe account

Hello,

I have a cancelled my photography plan with one of my emails, to buy the all apps plan with the black Friday discount. But in order to do this I had to switch my email address to my secondary email. However, now I have other apps installed correctly, but I find that all my paid plugins in Photoshop are missing.

I am trying to migrate them to my new account but I cannot seem to find how to do this.
How can I migrate this? I have also tried to reach out directly to the plugin developers but I think I may have more luck with Adobe directly as I bought the plugins from the Adobe Exchange marketplace.

Can someone from Adobe explain how I can do this? Or should I contact support directly with their never ending waiting queues? 😕

FYI I have heard back from the chat support:

> Thank you for the information, Sagar.

As there is no chat/call support for the migration of plugins, you will need to write an email to our back end team @ (asupport@adobe.com) mentioning then from which email Id to which email ID you wish to move the plugins too.

Something odd here. There should be no reason to change to another email. Your plan should just be upgraded in the same account. This is trivial.

Where and from whom did you make this upgrade?

Yeah, it's what I thought too. Believe me, I tried many times to benefit from the black Friday deal with my current subscription, but each time I clicked on the buy now, I was asked to "change my plan", following which the price just got back to the original regular price (almost 2x higher). The only reason I was upgrading was because of that deal!
Anyhow, I tried to initiate many chats from the suppport team that day, "waited" over 3+ hours, but each time an agent came to answer the chat, they barely give you a minute before they just say "you are not responding, we are going to close the chat now". It was so frustrating. I mean let's face it, do you really expect us to sit in from of a screen for 1+ hour to get a response from support without doing something else in parallel?? It would be great if they could give us like 5 mins slack to respond after waiting for so long! >.<

Moving on, I mean I get it, it was black Friday and all, probably it was swamped with support tickets from people like me who felt like it was just false advertising from Adobe, with some silly disclaimer hidden somewhere.

As a last resort, I had no choice but to use my secondary email address to get that almost 50% yearly discount for the all-apps plan! For info, I made the upgrade directly from the Adobe website, following a link which popped up in Adobe CC.
