migrate settings, actions presets etc - photoshop and lightroom

Hello, I am using the latest subscription versions for photoshop and lightroom on windows 11 and want to switch to macbook pro. I have all my settings for both backed up from windows and was hopig to migrate them to a macbook pro. Can this be done and if so how?
