Missing new features in ps 25? no lens blur or point color appearing

Howdy - I updated to photoshop 25 when it became available and have been using it since.  It wasn't until earlier today, while watching a video on what's new in ps 2024 that I noticed...none of those features being shown appear for me.  Generative fill is no prob, been using that in beta for ages.  But when I saw new camera raw features like lens blur and point color - they just don't show up for me.  I've updated to the most recent camera raw and just don't see them in acr or ps.  I'm on a mac running os 11.7.1 and I do see that some of the new 2024 realeases of adobe stuff like after effects/premiere are incompatible, but photoshop and others updated no prob.  Color me confused.  Anyone else?  Thank you kindly.

First of all we need to be sure your running camera raw 16.0 that has those new features your referring to.

If in Photoshop you go to Photoshop 2024>About Plugins and click on Camera Raw, what version does it say?
