Missing Optics correction for 100-400 f4.5-5.6L IS USM

There is no Optics correction for this lens when using either a 1.4 or 2.0 teleconvertor only for the IS II USM model

There are three versions of the 2x and either two or three of the 1.4x. I would just use the standalone profile, it probably isn't much different than with the converter except possibly some added light falloff in the corners.
