Got a new desktop 2 months ago and had no issues using Photoshop on it til a week or 2 ago. Suddenly, my monitor would flick off and then back on after 2-3 seconds whenever adjusting Hue/Saturation. Only happens with Hue/Saturation

Every time it's happened, I've messed around in the Monitor OnScreen Display to adjust things til it worked, but I can never remember what I do to get it working again. Will work fine after it stops though, til I restart the computer again lol

So trying to post on here to get an idea on how to potentially permanently solve the issue

It's NOT a photoshop issue though, cause this doesn't happen on my secondary monitor, but I assumed I'd have better luck getting help here

Monitor in question is Samsung Odyssey Neo G-9

First, try disabling GPU in the Preferences (Performance tab). Any better?
You can try this too: in Preferences>Technology Previews, check the box 'Deactivate Native Canvas' and uncheck 'Enable Native Canvas Rulers' options, then restart Photoshop. Does this work?
If not, recalibrate and build a new ICC display profile, the old one might be corrupted.
If you are using software/hardware for this task, be sure the software is set to build a matrix not LUT profile, Version 2 not Version 4 profile.

If turning OFF GPU works, it's a GPU bug and you need to contact the manufacturer or find out if there's an updated driver for it. On the Mac, that's part of the OS update(s) so if this is the latest OS version, you may need to roll back a release.
