Mosaic in-camera DNG files

Hello! My LeicaM240 shoots DNG files and I had been importing them with no problem into Photoshop/CameraRaw CC version. But since either the Mac OS Monterey and/or the last 2 Camera Raw updates, the images are mosaic-ed and with a black band at the top when I download them. I have to open them one by one to even see if I want to keep them for further processing. For the last 2 imports the original DNGs are distorted after editing, although the edits are fine. What al I doing wrong, please?

Can you zip and upload one of the problematic DNGs to something like Dropbox so we can examine it?

Also check your camera to see if it is set (if that's possible) for a differing aspect ratio?
