Mouse is flickering

I have been seeing this type of issue for the last several days while working on Camera Row. In which the mouse is flickering and I cannot do proper work. If anyone knows, please let me know if there is any setting I need to change.

Hi @Divyangkakadiya 

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable “Older GPU mode (pre 2016)” - Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

I've checked in the Nvidia 3D settings, but there are no options for Monitor technology there.

Thank you for your sysinfo @Divyangkakadiya, curious if you are using a wired mouse or a wireless, what brand/model?  Is there an update for it?  Have you tried rolling back a version of Ps to see if the issue persists?

We see: Memory used by Photoshop: 59 %, is is suggested that this be set to 70%

You could also try:

Go to Preferences/Tools and disable flick panning and overscroll - does the issue still occur?
