Hello, please, a very annoying problem has persisted in Photoshop for many years. It is not possible to move parts of several layers with the selected selector. The Move tool moves entire layers instead of just parts of the selected selection.

Are you saying you want to make a selection on one layer, then have it apply and move the selected areas of several layers at once?
That isn't a bug.
