While Moving Layer From One Tab to Another Tab It was Saying "Could not use the move tool because of a program error." on Photoshop Beta 25.4

Do you have a version of Photoshop that is not Beta? And do you have the same problem?

Not a problem with photoshop stable version, but only with beta version i.e. 25.4
