Move tools in Photoshop

I use Photoshop on two screens and the tools are stuck in a corner and they will not be moved.

Have you tried resetting your workspace? Up in the upper left corner you'll find a little icon that looks like the workspace. Click on the down/ reveal arrow and reset workspace.
