I have a picture of a person in the car. I want to simulate his head hitting the steering well. His head and body will move but the legs and probably the hands will not move. I am a real novice. I went through a lot of YT videos but I have a hard time materialize the project. You can look at the sample picture here.

Can you tell me how to achieve this?

Thank you in advance.

That's a tricky one as you will need to somehow remove most of the driver from the vehicle before restaging him in a simulated crash position.  I tried using Gen Fill with multiple different prompts coming at it from every way I could think of, but it insisted on replacing the driver with another person.

If you did manage to create an empty seat back and move the driver, he doesn't look like he has just butted his head against the steering wheel.
