MP4 showing unwanted datamosh

When I open a specific MP4 video file in PS 22.5.1, it looks like it was corrupted or something. Audio track plays just fine, but video shows up as it was "datamoshed". I've opened it with VLC and it doesn´t show any problem. Help, please! Saludos desde Argentina
