Recently while opening 2 images at the same time to try blending them into a composite, i opened them by going to File/scripts/open as stack. but i found the one pic way too small even though when i downloaded them they were both quite large (see enclosed image) then when i try to increase the size of the reduced one to match the other pic it becomes very pixalated. Can anyone suggest what i am doing wrong please.

What does this mean?

What are the two images’ pixel dimensions when you open them individually?

Maybe (and depending on where you viewed them) one appeared relatively larger because it has a lower Resolution.
