Multiple Open in Cloud

PS 2020 and Windows 10

I can multi select files on my PC and open as I always have.

How do I multi select on the Cloud Open menu?

I have searched and somebody said use checkboxes but I don't see any.

Okay, I have found the Cloud Documents menu. I get the checkboxes. It has helped.

BUT if I just open I don't get that menu and the checkboxes. This is unbelievable from Adobe. 

So simpler question. How do I get to the recent/cloud documents menu from the standard cloud open menu?
