My photoshop app is have many issues on my Wacom after the 22.11 update.

My photopshop is not working on my WACOM correctly since the 22.11 update. 

Libraries not loading.

Text not working 

All tools take two attempts to work.

My WACOM driver is up to date and running windows 10 due to being an older model. 

HELP! 

I'm a cartoonist on a deadline and these basic functions are stopping all my work.
