my photoshop lag is so WEIRD

recently when i try to draw in photoshop it just goes laggy after a while, brushes lag at first, then i can't choose the tool i use, no matter what tool i choose it will just automatically become a certain tool i didnt select

for example if i selected brush, and once i tried to use then it just became clone stamp, try other tools it's still the same.

then if i dont restart the app at this stage it will probably go frozen.

i cant seem to find an accurate fix for this, ive been using photoshop for a few years this is the weirdest bug i ever seen

has anyone here experienced the same problem??

my RAM is 32G, never had any problem untill recently

@bookmarkkkk try disabling this option in preferences to see if it helps
