my photoshop seems unstable 21.o.3

examples painting in progress rotates slightly , not requested. 

wacom pen produces not accurate inputs.

Is the windows 10 last updates causing aggro anyone please.

shall I uninstall photoshop and wacom and start afresh?

No issues here with Photoshop CC v20.0.3, Windows 10 v1909 and Wacom Intuos Pro driver 6.3.36-1

I do have "Use Windows Ink" checked in the tablet properties and do not have the "PSUserConfig.txt" file in Photoshop settings which is required if Windows Ink is unchecked

When you mention rotaion is that the Canvas rotation (Shortcut R) or something else?

thanks davescm the canvas  shifts as if wacom has directed the move but my intuos pro nib is nowhrere  near the tablet.

I do convess I am in my eighties and having a job keeping up with PC  activites these days.
