My photoshop sometimes can't open files, create new documents, or save sometimes

Okay I feel like I'm going mad. Sometimes my Photoshop chooses to not open files, create new files, or save. There's no error message, it just sits there. This happens at random times and sometimes it fixes itself, it works after closing and reopening, and it works after restarting.

These methods are not always successful and I am going absolutely mad since I need photoshop for my work. I've tried uninstalling. I've tried resetting preferences. I've tried all the tricks with tweaking preferences to enable legacy opening/closing, as well as openGL. I've tried recording actions for making new documents. And nothing of these methods works.

Please help I'm going insane.

Nevermind not worth it. I'm cancelling my photoshop subscription permanently.
