I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Photoshop forum so that proper help can be offered.

Which platform is it for, some have specific dimensions required?

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

Does the error message appear in Photoshop when you save or when used in social media?

Does it occur with all images or just certain ones (if so, which kinds of images)?
