what shadows are you talking about mate

the image does have a reflexion of the legs against the floor, if you are talking about them then you need to select them first (I'd use the pen tool or the select mask tool)

Add a layer mask to the Rondo Collection layer. Then make your foreground color black, with opacity and flow set to 100%. Then simply with a soft brush paint over the reflection/shadow while the Rondo Collection layer is selected. The reflection will disappear. If you don't want to keep the layer mask simply right click the Rondo Layer and select 'Apply Mask' This step isn't necessary in fact it's destructive but it will give you the result you want.

Good morning Terri, thank you for your instructions however, I am new at Photoshop and I need to have baby steps unfortunately. When you ask me for a Layer Mask how would I do that? Foreground Colour? ect. Do you have time to instruct me on where these features are so I can complete my task?

Ok starting with your original

1) Click on the layer where the yellow arrow is below , then hold down the command or control key and click on the thumbnail. This will select the couch and you will see marching ants, like below.

2) Now click on the icon marked by the yellow arrow below and this will create a layer mask as marked by the purple arrow.

3) Make sure your foreground color is black as indicated by the yellow arrow below. You can do that by pressing 'd' on the keyboard . Select the brush tool as indicated by the purple arrow.

4) Make sure the layer mask is selected and paint on the image to remove the reflection/shadow.
