I open up the creative cloud desktop app: and ads are in my way.
I open up Photoshop, and the same AI ad or Cloud Storage push over and over no matter how much I say "Maybe Later"
I open up the support forums so that I can try to track down or report a bug - a support forum where you've outsourced support to your community - and I get more ads (sorry, "Featured posts") intersperced I shouldn't need an ad-blocker to browse your *Support* forum.
I really wish y'all would stop using my workspace as your billboard.

Hi @ThatRobHuman how do you consider a featured post discussing new features in the latest version of Photoshop on a support forum an "ad"?
Do you know you can disable your Photoshop home screen in Preferences/General - thereby hiding the offensive "ads"?

I think when I've already been ininundated with several generative AI pitches, and it gets in the way of the content that I'm in need of, I'd consider that ad-like noise.
As it turns out that the featured posts can be filtered out, which is simple in desktop, but in mobile the option is obscured as a result of poor design, which is admitedly subjective, and a related to a different issue: the poor user experience of this very forum (inordinate load times. confusing and ineffective use of the back-button, etc), but that's not the hill I'm trying to stand on at the moment.

I'll be completely honest, Kevin, my feelings towards being billboarded is also colored by the sheer number of camel-back-breaking straw-like worflow-interrupting bugs that I encountered during one seating.
I feel like it's justified to not want to be continually be pitched at, or nagged whenever I open Photoshop to get work done when I was able to file 6 bugs in one day. My tolerance for it is inveresely proportionate to the number of those interrupting bugs I encounter. And unfortunately, I see no other mechanism to attempt to express this to adobe but this forum.

How do I stop this billboard from showing up whenever I close all my documents or start photoshop?

Have you tried clicking through it at least once to close it out?

Yes I have.

@ThatRobHuman is it still appearing after hitting that?

I'm gonna be honest Kevin, I don't know if it is the same one repeatedly or if I'm getting different ad popups that get in my way while the application is open.
