Welcome to the Photoshop Community! It sounds like you’re trying to figure out how to use a reference image. If that’s the case, you’ll need to click on the Generate Image icon. I’ve attached a screenshot to help guide you—let me know if this clears things up! 😊

Maybe you’ve seen a tutorial on Photoshop Beta; please keep in mind that this Forum is dedicated to Photoshop proper.

@barbara_5077 Provavelmente você está usando a versão Global (Oficial) do Photoshop, o recurso de imagem de referência por enquanto só está disponível na versão Beta do Photoshop.
