Não consigo abrir nem editar vídeos no Photoshop

Já tentei abrir em vários formatos e nada. Tentei jogar pelo Premiere, tentei arrastando, tentei abrindo direto. Nenhuma das formas funcionaram.

Alguém consegue me ajudar? O meu é o pacote 2022

Which version of Photoshop and macOS are you using?

 Where are the files located internal or external drive? Did it start happening after any recent updates? How large is the video clip?

Try using Photoshop in Rosetta mode, and check if that helps.

Olá!! Obrigado por me responder!!
A versão do meu PS é 2022, aliás, comprei e fiz o download ontem. MacOs Monterey 12.3.1.

Estão localizados na unidade interna. Eu comprei esse IMac recentemente, chip M1. Então comprei o pacote adobe para utilizar nele. No Windows eu utilizava normalmente.

Os vídeos eu testei diversos, pequenos, grandes, avi, mp4 e nada foi.

Coloquei o Photoshop em modo Rosetta e ainda assim não consegui.

Can you try to open photoshop from the CC application, with a right-click on the three dots behind Photoshop in the "installed apps", and selecting "open for intel"

Pessoal, agradeço a toda ajuda. O creative cloud liberou uma atualização do PhotoShop que resolveu o erro em questão. Obrigado a todos!
