Não consigo carregar arquivos em camadas no Photoshop

Não estou conseguindo carregar arquivos em camadas no PS para empilhamento. Já tentei pelo Bridge e pelo Lightroom. Tanto pelo Bridge quanto pelo Lightroo o Photoshop abre, mas, as imagens não carregam.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the versions of Photoshop, Lightroom & Bridge that you're using? Which version of Windows are you working on? Do you get an error or nothing happens after Photoshop opens?

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop manually using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences
