Need help ! Do not know what to choose for the kind of video I want to make

Hi guys,

I do not know what to choose for editing my videos.

The problem I have so far is that my hair is purple and when i edit the coloration of a scene, either my clothes come out the right color and my hair comes out WAY too bright or

my hair looks just right but the rest of the scene comes out too dark.

So would Photoshop would be the right option for me

(where i could edit the color of my hair, without touching the rest of the scene.)

You can use adjustment layers when editing video in Photoshop, which means you can target a controlled colour range to adjust without effecting other colours in the video.
