Need help in transferring actions to skript so they run in all languages

I have ready made actions, however I am experiencing as soon as you would open them in a non english photoshop for them to no longer work.

Would love some help here or even see if someone could do it for me?

xbytor has provided a Script to convert Actions to Scripts a while ago. 

But unless you have some Photoshop Scripting experience I expect you’d have trouble amending the resulting code to address the various components (Layers , Channels, Paths, …) by ID or Index rather than by name successfully. 

You might be better off implementing a meaningful policy or naming all elements properly right away in the recording. 

But maybe I am misinterpreting and the problem is something else; hard to tell without seeing at least one of the affected Actions.
