Need help unblurring or sharpening [License Plate]

Hello! I tried using sharpen to read this plate (caught in my outdoor camera) of a some dopeheads who damaged my gate.  But having tough luck figuring out what it reads. I have attached the actual image before any  processing. Appreciate any help

As Leslie stated, it's against Adobe's policy. Even if it weren't,  there really no info to sharpen.
