Need to draw arrows and scribbles

1 you have an image

2 wanna draw arrows scribbles on the iamge to show stuff

3 what can be used ? want easy simple app

Do you have Photoshop and you want to know how to draw arrows and scribbles on the image? If so, use the line tool and set the arrows and other formatting in the options bar.

If you don't have Photoshop, then it is overkill if all you are doing is scribbles and arrows.

If all you want to do is draw some arrows and add some scribbles, why don't you use something simpler and something you already have like Photos on Windows for example?
