Need to restart Photoshop every 3-5 edited photos

Since more than a year I have a problem with Liquify in Photoshop. Every 3-5 edited photos, when trying to use Liquify, I get "Could Not Complete Liquify Command because of a disk error". When this error comes up, I have to restart Photoshop and I can retouch another 3-5 photos untill problem comes again. What's more, when liquify stops working, there is also problem with other filters, like lens blur. It doesn't work too untill restarting Photoshop. I was hoping that maybe some updates will fix this, but I struggle with it over a year and it's too annoying now to wait any longer. Not to mention that recently Photoshop wiped all my user settings, but thankfully I had an old backup. What can I do to fix this error?

My PC:

64GB RAM
RTX 4080
Windows 11

That's not the error I get. My scratch disk has over 800 GB of free space

Hey, @PagiArt. Thanks for sharing this. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Press share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

Your machine has two GPUs: the power-saving Intel 770 Graphics and the high-performance Nvidia RTX 4080

Please try these two suggestions:
1 - Update the graphics drivers using Intel's and Nvidia's auto-detect programs.

2 - Follow step 6 in the content here to configure the default GPU for Photoshop: https://adobe.ly/4i8Izbx

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
